Shipping & Returns


Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, from our studio in Manhattan, New York.

Your order will dispatch within 2 business days and within 1 business day for express orders. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Shipping cut off time is 3pm EST. Orders made after 3pm EST will be shipped out the next business day.

Buyer will first receive an order confirmation, then a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once the order has been processed through the shipping partner you chose when purchasing.

Our shipping partners do not operate on weekends. If you have received a shipment confirmation over the weekend, your order will be picked up by the end of the next business day.

Please be aware that once your shipment has been processed and dispatched, it could take several hours before your number will be trackable with our shipping partner after it has been picked up.



Shipment Pricing

We ship worldwide! All shipments are weight based and will be calculated at checkout.



Shipping Insurance

Please note, all shipping costs include insurance for added protection against loss or damage during transit.

 

Shipping Policies

We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.

International Customers – Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. Office MA-MA LLC is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.



Taxes & Duties

For purchases made by New York residents, all prices on our website include applicable sales tax. The total cost at checkout will reflect any state and local taxes based on your shipping address.

International Customers – Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. Office MA-MA LLC is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.



Returns & Exchanges

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items purchased through our website.

Damages

In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange. To ensure a smooth process, please follow the steps outlined below:

Notification: You must notify us of the damage or defect within 4 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer service team at info@ma-ma.com with a description of the issue.

Evidence: You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective item, including any packaging, to help us assess the condition of the product.

Return Process: If you wish to return a damaged or defective item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely. Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage or defect, we will either:

           - Offer a full refund for the original purchase price, or
           - Replace the damaged item with a new one, subject to availability

Exclusions: Please note that this policy does not apply to damages caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents after the item has been delivered. Normal wear and tear is also excluded.
