Architecture & Interiors
Situated in the Brentwood Hills is a newly remodeled 1956 single-family track home. This 3411 SF home had an exterior and interior remodel, as well as, a 600 SF addition. Also included were interior design services, landscape design services, and custom millwork design.
The interior renovation aimed to highlight and expose the integrity of the original architecture. For instance, by replacing existing patio doors with floor-to-ceiling custom wood doors, the height of the living room is better reflected, while providing more light and views to the outside. The renovation of the kitchen added 100 SF to the space, along with larger windows to allow for more light, as well as, custom millwork.
The backyard underwent a complete refresh. We split the level of the backyard in order to create little pockets of program, adding an embedded firepit and lounge area, as well as, a custom-designed wood pergola and IPE furniture.
