Manhattan Hotel Proposal
This is a concept proposal for the full interior renovation of an existing hotel located in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan. The proposal sought to transform the existing hotel into a cultural hub for the area. A new lobby atrium with an integrated theater stair would serve as a “stage” for public events, performances, etc. Behind the theater stair is a public-facing cafe and record/book store. The upper level perimeter catwalk/mezzanine serves as a generous lounge and bar in the evening.
We have proposed a full interior renovation to the bedrooms, common spaces, and rooftop bar/lounge, tidying up the plan and introducing new and updated finishes throughout.
